Your key responsibilities:
- Support and assist internal and external customers with technical inquiries
- Provide on-site technical consulting in Suisse romande, France, and occasionally in other European regions.
- Support customers with product launches, system settings, application trials, and quality assurance measures
- Promote and deliver IGP services
- Handle product complaints
- Participate in exhibitions, technical conferences, and training sessions
What you bring along:
- A qualified vocational background, ideally as a painter, coating technician, lab technician in coatings, or carpenter
- Several years of experience in surface technology
- Experience in handling technical complaints
- Good verbal and written skills in French and English; additional languages are a plus
- A communicative and team-oriented personality
- High willingness to travel (40–80%), company car provided - also for private use
